1.You will pay all fees specified in order forms payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-fundable.

2. Neither we nor third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this institute for any particular purpose.

3. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the full extent permitted by law.

4. The syllabus is divided into various units such that the course is planned to be completed within a specific time frame or entire. The course schedule may be changed anytime.

5. Registration/admission to a course is not transferable to any other individual/entity.

6. Do not carry any valuables to the study center and the management is not responsible for any loss or damaged for the same.

7. Students have no entitlement to provide, sell or loan any material, assets, workbooks, notes, etc. provided to him/her to a third party. If any student find out with sharing the ID and password with other students then his/her classes will be blocked.

8. We are training provider and our main focus is to make a user understand the market scenario with properly calculated risk and rewards.

9. The student is expected to attend all the classes and tests to get the full benefit of the course and sustain his eligibility for course benefits.

10. Outcome of any trade done by you after training is solely your responsibility.

11. We don’t provide any tips of advisory.

12. If there is any class cancellation or change in the schedule of the program, students shall be informed by whatsapp, sms or call.

13. Students are responsible to check for updates from time to time.

14. In case of any dispute final decision will be in the hand of management.
