1. Applicant enrolled for any course cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user. Feeswould not be refunded, unless there is a case of multiple payments for same he product by the sameregistered user.
2. The excess payment received through technical or other reasons will be refunded only after due verification and/or within 7 days after receipt of written/mailcomplaint by the applicant.
3. The mode of refund will be electronic/ physical and will be refunded in the account from where the transaction was made.
4. An applicant needs to pay the payment gateway processing/convenience charges over and above the fees/dues payable.
5. Applicant should contact NIFA management first, regarding any excess or double payment made by them.
6.The NIFA management reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the NIFA website.
7. All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of District Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and (India).
